Telecommunications Providers are deploying and backfilling existing wireless networks to support subscriber basis and new generation (3-G) technologies. Strategically placed buildings enable providers to meet these goals. Combined with Access’ network of quality providers and tower contractors, these buildings can maximize their revenue potential.

Access Partners manages the seamless integration between Owner and Provider. We negotiate the most optimal access terms and conditions. Our in depth knowledge and proven expertise in the industry ensure both the goals of Owner and Provider are managed effectively. We coordinate all aspects of license negotiations, engineering reviews, environmental concerns, potential interference and structural issues, and zoning requirements. We continuously market building assets in an effort to maximize their potential! As a performance-based initiative, we are not paid for our service until we deliver Providers and subsequent revenue streams.

We manage the process as a true turnkey objective. Our coordinated efforts provide the Owner with overall control of the process without dedicating costly overhead dollars. Our oversight and efforts allow Owners to focus on their core level of service-to provide a conducive and efficient use of building space to ensure tenant satisfaction while maximizing building revenue and residual property value.
